Who?

Hi! My name is Tom and I am the General Manager of www.Counselor-Help.com and my job is to make sure that the counseling and customer service for the site runs smoothly.

I originally came from Belfast, Northern Ireland where I lived and studied in a place ravaged by troubles, war, violence and depression.  No better place to practice counseling than in the suicide capital of Europe.  I had my own counseling practice in Downtown Belfast.

I studied a range of disciplines, but within it was Biology, Theology and of course Professional Counseling.  My specialty is working with depression.

I also have experience of Business Management of teams all over the UK, from London, to places I can't even pronounce correctly in Wales. Through all of this my main objective is to always provide World Class, Complaint-Free services to clients, and to get the best out of colleagues.

 

When Will You Need Me?

If you have any issues in navigating the site or accessing services, or any technical issue, I will forward these concerns to my technical people to get resolved. In the unfortunate case of problems or complaints with the service we offer, every single client will have the ability to contact me.
